CONSTITUENCY En el sistema electoral británico, se denomina Constituency al distrito o circunscripción electoral y al grupo de electores registrados en él. Cada circunscripción elige a un diputado (Member of Parliament), que se halla disponible para las consultas y peticiones de sus electores durante ciertas horas a la semana. Dicho espacio de tiempo se denomina surgery.
